Bodywork
60-Minute Session
A focused session rooted in myofascial release — a dry technique applied directly to the skin, without oils or lotions — alongside neuromuscular and muscle activation work. This session is best suited for clients with a specific area of focus. Tina will hold space as your body determines what it's ready to release, supporting you through the process.

90-Minute Session
Additional time means additional depth. The 90-minute session allows Tina to move through more of the body, weaving together myofascial release, acupointing, and other modalities as your body calls for them. Clients often arrive carrying more than they realize. This length of time allows the work to unfold more fully, and for the nervous system to genuinely begin to settle.

2-Hour Session
Tina's preferred appointment length. Two hours allows her to work with the whole body, move through multiple layers of tissue, and integrate the work as it progresses rather than stopping just as things begin to shift. Drawing from her full range of tools — myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, muscle activation, Qi-informed touch, and more — this session offers the most complete experience of her practice. Strongly recommended for first-time clients.

Energywork
30-Minute Qi Healing
A natural complement to bodywork, this session works with the body's energetic field rather than physical tissue. Drawing from nearly 30 years of Nei Gong and tai chi practice, Tina uses Qi healing to support regulation, restore energetic flow, and deepen the release initiated during bodywork. Many clients find that addressing the energetic layer helps what the hands alone cannot reach. Available as a standalone session or as an add-on to any bodywork appointment.

On-location bookings offer the added comfort of familiar surroundings — and the luxury of not having to go anywhere after the work is done.
