Before You Book

Payment is collected in full at the time of booking. Please review Plum Willow’s cancellation policy before scheduling your appointment:

• Cancellations made 12 or more hours before your appointment receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made 4-12 hours before your appointment receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your appointment are charged the full session rate.
